Group Exercise Class Descriptions
Barre- is an the ultimate body sculpting class that improves the shape of your body with high energy-low impact exercises at the barre that define your butt, legs and core, and light weights for arms, encouraging continuous fat burning, with light cardio. Try this new format!
Barre Yoga-this hybrid class combines our yoga and barre offerings, for the awesome benefits of both formats!
Bombay Jam: Increasingly popular, Bollywood dances are the hottest dances around. The classes are so exhilarating and so much fun that you’ll forget you’re working out! You will learn to dance like the top stars of India, starting with basic steps and building to energetic dance moves to help you stay fit. Come and enjoy the Bollywood dance workout, which combines aerobic exercise, belly- dancing, kickboxing and Bollywood dancing for a complete body workout! For people of all ages, sizes & fitness abilities.
Body Sculpt: A strength training class incorporating hand weights, exercise bands and/or stability balls to sculpt and tone your entire body.
Cardio Cross X: A fat burning workout that consists of mixing slow and fast cardio intervals interspersed with plyometrics and strength exercises. Intervals will change frequently to encourage muscle confusion and discourage repetitive stress injury. The ultimate cross training workout!
Cardio Hip Hop: Learn basic dance moves for an aerobic workout to the latest and classic hip hop tracks.
Kickboxing: A challenging and fun workout! kick boxing combinations, skipping rope, shadow boxing and stretching. This is designed for all levels. Cardio/Strength
Core Power: A functional strength class that combines Mat Pilates and isometric exercises to develop strong and balanced abdominal and back muscles.
Cut to the Core: Strengthen your abdominal and back in this core-focused, 30-minute class.
50-Plus Fitness: This class will help strengthen and improve balance and your cardiovascular ability. Class includes stretching and activities to improve range of motion, and strength. Exercises can be done from a chair. All levels welcome! 1st class is free and senior discount applies. See pricing.
Full Body Circuit: This class will be set up rotating stations to work out different muscle groups. You’ll work on balance, flexibility, strength, posture, while emphasizing the core. We will be working to improve cardio-vascular endurance and burn fat.
Gentle Yoga: Basic strengthening and stabilizing yoga poses improve strength, flexibility and relaxation, with a section focused on core training
Kickboxing: Practiced across the world, kickboxing is a popular fighting style that incorporates strikes with your hands and feet. Individuals use various methods to teach self-defense while improving their fitness. These self-defense techniques are valuable if you are approached by an attacker. Fitness classes are also constructed to use kickboxing to build cardiovascular health.

Pilates Plus: A unique class that incorporates core strength techniques, rehab stabilization training, Pilates, Power Yoga (muscle work using your own body weight for resistance) and deep flexibility exercise. Increase mind/body concentration, strength, coordination and balance.
Mat Pilates: This class uses the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Breathing, posture, graceful movements, co-ordination and precision of movement are incorporated in each core strength exercise while working the CORE as well as many other muscles at the same time.
Beginners Swing Dancing-
TRX: This modern fitness class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer – the original body-weight training tool that helps build muscle, increase flexibility and tighten your core. TRX /Cardio: This class integrates use of the TRX suspension trainer with cardio work to create a well-rounded and intense workout.
Zumba® Fitness- Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! This fun and easy-to-follow dance class incorporates Latin and international music into an effective and addictive workout. Zumba® Fitness choreography incorporates a wide variety of dance styles from around the world. Squats and lunges are also included. Come and join the party!
Includes choreography from hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
