Abs & Arms Blast- in this express sculpting class, strengthen and tone your core, biceps, triceps, and more

Barre- is an the ultimate body sculpting class that improves the shape of your body with high energy-low impact exercises at the barre that define your butt, legs and core, and light weights for arms, encouraging continuous fat burning, with light cardio. Try this new format!

Bombay Jam® is the ultimate dance fitness total body workout that is effective, safe, easy to follow and packed with authentic Bollywood flavor! Cardio and toning routines are combined in one action-packed class! Come and dance to all the latest Bollywood songs!

Body Sculpt: A strength training class incorporating hand weights, exercise bands and/or stability balls to sculpt and tone your entire body.

Cardio Hip Hop: Learn basic dance moves for an aerobic workout to the latest and classic hip hop tracks.

Dance Fusion: Hip Hop, Modern, and Latin dance moves are all part of this dynamic cardio class, and moves are broken down so you can learn some new routines!

Cardio Kickboxing: A challenging and fun workout! kick boxing combinations, skipping rope, shadow boxing and stretching. This is designed for all levels. Cardio/Strength

Cut to the Core: Strengthen your abdominal and back in this core-focused, 30-minute class.

50-Plus Fitness: This class will help strengthen and improve balance and your cardiovascular ability. Class includes stretching and activities to improve range of motion, and strength. Exercises can be done from a chair. All levels welcome! 1st class is free and senior discount applies. See pricing.

Full Body Circuit: This class will be set up rotating stations to work out different muscle groups. You’ll work on balance, flexibility, strength, posture, while emphasizing the core. We will be working to improve cardio-vascular endurance and burn fat.

Gentle Yoga: Basic strengthening and stabilizing yoga poses improve strength, flexibility and relaxation, with a section focused on core training

Nia: A Fusion Fitness Class using three movement forms The Dance Arts, The Martial Arts, & The Healing Arts. Come explore your Body’s Way.

Mat Pilates: This class uses the traditional mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.  Breathing, posture, graceful movements, co-ordination and precision of movement are incorporated in each core strength exercise while working the CORE as well as many other muscles at the same time.

POUND ~ is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements and more to strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles. Drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique- all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Salsa Hip Hop ~ Combines Afro Cuban music and dance styles with hip-hop urban rhythms and easy to follow routines laced with Cuba Swift’s creative teaching methods.

Swing Dancing for Beginners-Special events to learn East Coast Swing, Charleston, and Lindy Hop in a relaxed social dance setting.  Learn all the basics so you can dance with confidence to music from the 30s, 40s and 50s.  No partner necessary though couples are welcome, and anyone can lead or follow.  Call our main line at 626-497-3760 for more information.

Tabata: A high intensity class filled with simple yet effective circuits. Uses a variety of exercises to challenge participants and build strength will rapidly burning calories.

TRX: This modern fitness class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer – the original body-weight training tool that helps build muscle, increase flexibility and tighten your core.

TRX /Cardio: This class integrates use of the TRX suspension trainer with cardio work to create a well-rounded and intense workout.

Yoga Stretch & Strength: This class improves strength and tones muscles while helping you unwind. The class builds core strength, enhances flexibility and balance, and includes sports and dance stretches. The class is suitable for all levels.

Yoga: This is a high intensity Vinyasa Flow class with lots of core! We’ll focus on abs, low back, glutes, and quads, but you’re sure to get a full body workout. While it will be challenging, there will be modifications for each pose, so this class is accessible to all levels.

Yoga Barre: This class combines aspects of Barre and Yoga for the benefits of both formats. Expect high energy, cardio burst that incorporates strength training, ballet work, and yoga poses. It will leave your muscles shaking!

Alma, Michelle and Liliana Nov 23 Bella FitnessZumba® Fitness- Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! This fun and easy-to-follow dance class incorporates Latin and international music into an effective and addictive workout. Zumba® Fitness choreography incorporates a wide variety of dance styles from around the world. Squats and lunges are also included. Come and join the party!

Includes choreography from hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.
