Recurring Payments Terms & Conditions
By accepting these terms and conditions through enrolling in a membership at Bella Fitness, you hereby authorize Bella Fitness to charge you every month on the assigned date. Your monthly membership (unlimited or otherwise) will automatically renew at the end of each month pay period until until we are notified, in writing, that you wish to freeze or cancel your membership.
You agree that the credit or debit card on file for your membership is, and will continue to be, an account that you own. You agree to maintain sufficient funds in your account to pay for your membership.
If you need to switch your card for any reason, you will need to inform Bella Fitness of the change and provide new account information to continue your membership. Bella Fitness has the right to claim payment for months in the past that have been declined without cancellation of the membership.
When you sign up as a member at Bella Fitness and fill out the membership form, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. You may not receive a receipt of payment confirmation or notice of your charge approaching each month.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel their membership with sufficient time to prevent a charge for the coming month. Cancellations must be given in writing at least 5 business days before your payment is due to guarantee that we will be able to halt payment for the coming cycle. This must be emailed to Marina@BellaFitnessLA.com. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your membership before any agreed on minimum commitment period (usually one year for members on contracts).
We do not offer refunds on months that have already been charged. This includes months in which you did not attend classes, or only attended a small number of classes, but were still enrolled as an member under automatic payment.
For members who prefer to pay with cash or check, we reserve the right to cancel or freeze your membership if payment is not made on or before the due date each month.
All full-price memberships qualify for 2 complimentary freezes of their account during each calendar year. For those with discounted membership, a $15 charge applies for each month your account is frozen. This will enable you to return to the studio at the same price as when you left and maintain your special rate. Please notify Marina@BellaFitnessLA.com if you plan to be away and need to put your account on hold for any reason, or to discuss a proration due to vacation, injury, or other foreseeable absences. We will try to accommodate all requests, yet your written request must be made before 5 business days of your charge date in order to ensure a successful account freeze.
